Refunds will be given for the price shown on your receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Unfortunately, products purchased through PaulaDorf.com may not be returned or exchanged at retail locations that sell Paula Dorf cosmetics. Exchanges should be forwarded to the above address and include receipt. Depending on the value of product returned, you should consider insuring your shipment. Paula Dorf is not responsible for any lost items returned by the customer. Sales Tax We are required by law to apply sales tax on orders being shipped to NY.
